Horse Medicine & Emotional Alchemy | Trail Rides, Obstacle Courses & Sound Healing

Yesterday was powerful.

We started the day with Qigong in the pasture as the horses held space—anchoring us in stillness and breath. One of the participants led our warm-up, stepping into her role as teacher and guide.

Later, we hit the trail… and the medicine got real. One student got stuck with her horse and hit a wall of frustration. But instead of giving up, she went inward and asked: What am I being shown here? What’s the deeper message? That’s when the shift happened.

Another participant fell during the obstacle course with Mississippi. It was raw, emotional—and yet a breakthrough. She rose stronger, more present. And then joy poured in. The group did “around the world” bareback on the horses, laughing and hugging the horses’ bodies, feeling pure magic surge up through thighs, bellies, hearts.

We ended the day with a beautiful sound bath led by Angie. We rewrote our inner narratives, then burned the old stories in the fire—working with the elements of air and fire to transmute.

This wasn’t just a day of activities. It was a day of deep emotional alchemy, co-facilitated by the herd.
