Starr Horse Retreats partners with Ileana Vassiliou of Creating Effective Organizations to blend horse-assisted learning with her decades-long expertise in creating solutions for executive teams. Ileana is an engaging and in-demand speaker with over 25 years of progressively complex leadership experience.
